Abstract (EN)

Regardless of the source, the creditor in a debt relationship has a justified expectation that his debt will be paid when the payment day comes. However, debtors may refrain from paying their debts for different reasons. In the event that the debtor refrains from performing his debt for any reason, the option of applying to the state's enforced enforcement organs and collecting the debt through these organs comes to the fore. The creditor who wants to apply for this way must first determine which way to proceed and submit his request in this direction to the enforcement office. This statement, which reveals the purpose of the creditor to obtain his receivables, technically expresses the request for follow-up. The follow-up request is important in terms of revealing the parties of the debt relationship, the subject and amount of the debt, and the basis of the debt. The enforcement office receiving the follow-up request will carry out the process primarily in line with this request. The request for follow-up has important consequences in terms of both the law of prosecution and substantive law. In terms of the correct and fast functioning of the process, it is of great importance how the follow-up request will be arranged, what conditions it will have and what consequences it will have. Therefore, the subject of this study is the follow-up request. In the first part of the thesis, general information about the importance of the follow-up request is mentioned, then the content of the follow-up request is explained in the second part. In the last part of the thesis, the results of the follow-up request are discussed.
