Abstract (EN)
One of the contracts requiring the organized effort of numerous individuals for the creation of a cinematic work is the performer's contract. In our study, it is aimed to explain the basic features of the performer's contract within the domains of intellectual property law and obligations law. In the first chapter, the definition of the performer's contract is made, its characteristics and essential elements are determined. Then, the parties to the contract and their characteristics are explained. It is tried to determine which provisions will be applied to the contract by characterizing the contract in legal terms. The first part is concluded with a comparison with similar contracts. In the second chapter, the rights and obligations of the performer and the producer in the performer-actor contract are meticulously examined. The final chapter, constituting the third part of our study, the termination of the performer-actor contract is explained.
