Abstract (EN)
However the issues were quite researhced on job satisfaction and job performance, the theme of the independent variables affecting these issues remains the same over time, while they vary in content. The main reason for the sevariences is that "human" is not stable in the presence of continuous improvement and change. In addition, working conditions and the working environment are subject to change with the development of technology. The employees are the most basic factors of enterprises. The reasons that were satisfactory and had an affect on their performance in the past, are different structures today. There are many factors that influence employee job satisfaction and job performance. As a result of consultations with business owners and managers personally, these factors have been identified as, "Five Factor Personality Traits", "Sector Perception" and "Internal Job Environment" consisting eight factors, which are called "Manager Behavior", "Social Rights and Opportunities", "Colleagues", "Salary", "Career Opportunities", "Job Personality of Eligibility", "Job Uploaded Meaning "and" Management Policy ". In the design phase of thethesis, sample of the survey was planned as textiles, construction and tourism sectors. After the necessary preliminary interviews, it was abandoned from the construction sector at the design phase, from the textile sector at the implementation phase due to various short comings in the textile and construction sector. Five-star hotels in Alanya, has been included in the sample. After the necessary literature survey, questionnaires were developed. The applicability of the questionnaire wastested on a pilot group of 15 people and made some adjustments to the survey, and then presented to the employees accordingly. We had an interview with 30 five-star hotels for the research, 14 hotels of them accepted, the others could not participate in the research due tot he start of tourism season. In this context, a total of 900 questionnaires were prepared and distributed to the hotels, only 705 of them returned us. 73 of them are invalid because of missing filling, giving more than one answer, marking the same case from start to finish and some in consistencies in the survey responses. There are 632 valid questionnaires. We have transferred the results to SPSS 20 program and made necessary analysis and evaluation. First, the overall profile was determined by the different characteristics of the participants. The variables in this study were examined via the t-tests and ANOVA analysis. As a result of correlation analysis, it was extrapolated that job satisfaction and job performance are correlated with determined independent variables. As a result of regression analysis, the independent variables in this study consisting of five-factor personality traits, sector perception and internal work environment are affected on job satisfaction and jobperfomance. It was found that the five personality traits of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience affect job satisfaction positively, while neuroticism has a negative effect on our dependent variables. The dimensions of five factor personality properties affecting the job performance are agreeableness and conscientiousness. It was found that industry perception are affected positively both by job satisfaction and job performance. It was obtained that the results of "Job Personality of Eligibility", "Management Policy", "Colleagues", "Job Uploaded Meaning" and "Salary" from the dimensions of Internal Job Environment affected job satisfaction. . It was also obtained that the results of "Job Personality of Eligibility", "Colleagues" and "Salary" from the dimensions of Internal Job Environment affected job performance.
