Electric transmission service i̇n terms of administrative law

In our study, firstly by considering the concept of electricity transmission service, the views are expressed about what the concept of electricity is. After the introduction of the concept of electricity, it's been told what the services of electricity are and mentioned about development process of the electricity transmission service that is the subject of our study. The legal resources related to electricity transmission service in our country have been included; the national and international resources in the execution of this service have been explained. It is examined in terms of the legal quality, elements, principles and features of the electricity service and it is examined in other procedures in our country where the electricity service is provided. The second part of our study is examined in terms of the legal position, organs and personnel of TEİAŞ, which conducts electricity transmission service in our country, are examined; the rights and responsibilities of TEİAŞ due to conducting transmission activity in electricity sector are explained. The legal relationship between TEİAŞ and EPDK, which is the regulator, is examined. In the last section of our study; our views are given in the light of the opinions in the world and in the doctrine about whether it is possible to abolish the monopoly quality of TEİAŞ.
