Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to analyze mobbing actions that occur in the organization and negatively affect organizational efficiency from the point of view of administrative personnel through the concepts of organization and violence. Mobbing acts show themselves in different dimensions in every culture, in every professional group, at every age and gender. Mobbing activities are fueled by competition and hierarchical disorder, but they reduce the productivity, job satisfaction and desire of the individual within the organization and lead to professional deformations. Although mobbing acts are considered as an occupational disease, they expose the individual to both spiritual and physical negativity. In this study, the analysis of the frequency of mobbing and the attitudes towards mobbing, to which the employees who are the administrative staff in the institution are exposed by the sub-staff, were made in the context of organizational sociology. The study is important in terms of measuring mobbing from the point of view of the administrative staff. Keywords: Anxiety, Competition, Ethics, Mobbing, Organization
