Application of Law on Civil Procedure in administrative justice

In 31st article of 2577 administrative judicial procedure law stated that the civil judicial provisions would act and had been referred to pleased of judge and prohibition, license, third parties participation to the case, reputation of case, the assignees of the parties, waive and agree, collateral, counter-lawsuit, expert witnesses, viewing, evidence detection, trial expenses, and in the case of legal aid and in the processes that would be done against actions which disrupt safety and tranquility of the court. To be utilized from civil procedure law among judicial proceedings which take place in trial procedures is not limited to this institution that referred to. Because administrative judicial procedure law proceedings are due to young and ever-changing, though not to give references, it is taken benefit from some institutions that take place in civil law procedures. As civil judicial law proceedings institutions are associated with the characteristics of administrative judicial procedure may find application area.In our study, it is taken place procedural law, Law No. 1086, Law no 6100 and regulations of law and mentioned how these institutions to be applicated in administrative judicial procedure and from now on how to find application area. Although civil judicial procedure institutions have been implemented for a long time, the wishes regarding to establishments referred to administrative judicial procedure act for regulating the institutions still remain up to date. In our study, while cannot refer to the Law on Civil Judicial Procedure, by drawing attention the institutions that applied, it is concluded that the regulation prescribed in jurisdiction proceedings should not be limited to institutions referred to article 31st .Key Words:1.Administrative Justice2.Administrative Judicial Procedure3.Refer to Law on Civil Judicial Procedure4.Court Expert5.Pendent
