Abstract (EN)

Today, besides advanced technology, which is used for scientific research tools, research techniques are very important. In fact, it is known that the error used in research techniques cannot be overcome with with high-tech equipments and devices. For this reason, the methods used in the research are more important than the tools and equipment. Unfortunately, methodology can be neglected because of the great facilities provided by the technology used in researches in terms of time and opportunities. This is why it is highly desirable to conduct such a study and it is aimed to shed light on the administrative issues in the university, as well as the parametric or non-parametric statistical tests on the administrative staff themselves. This research may also be useful in terms of both researchers and the authority of higher education authorities. The tables on the results of the analysis are also presented in detail, by this way it is showed clearly which method and why it was used. It has been understood that the factors that affect the performance of the employees here do not generally vary by sex. It is seen that there are differences according to age and the duties of the employees. Key words: Parametric, Non-Parametric, Regression, correlation, t- test.
