Abstract (EN)
In this study, genetic diversities between local peach genotypes which is known as Zeferan and Ağşeftali in Igdir province were detected as ISSR molecular markers. 54 peach genotype were subjected to amplification with 32 polymorphic ISSR primers. UBC-813, UBC-814, UBC-825, UBC-844, UBC-857, UBC-866 and UBC-868 primers have the highest polymorphism values (100%). However, the lowest polymorphism values were obtained from UBC-819 and UBC-847 primers (33,3%). The coefficient of Jaccard similarity among genotypes was calculated between 0,40 and 0,89. In consequence of UPGMA and PCA analyzes performed with molecular data, One another most distant genotypes were genetically identified as Zaferan 6 and Ağşeftali 18, but the closest genotypes were identified as Ağşeftali 6 and Ağşeftali 16. In addition, the molecular analyzes carried out has been revealed that there is no significant difference in terms of genetic diversity between Ağşeftali and Zaferan which are local genotypes of Igdır Province. It is suggest that those are different from each other in terms of genetic similarities from Ağşeftali and Zaferan genotypes will use as parent in the future breeding studies and will also provide information in future germplasm conservation studies.
