İhsan Ozanoğlu Philological Notes From Folk Language

This study has grounded on the legal deposit of "Halk Dilinden Filolojik Notlar" which it is in Kastamonu State Library with the catalog numbers 180/20.2.1972 and has included a combination and consideration of a text which we thought the text is a copy of much later allocated print of "Kastamonu Halkiyat ve Harsiyatı Dil-Edebiyat Sözlük" with registration in Turkish language ınstution Library Etüt/48-I. The content has been composed by İhsan Ozanoğlu's legal deposit. The study has consisted of introduction, methods, text, examination, dictionary and result. For "introduction", it has been mentioned history of dialect researches of Turkey Turkish and studies on Kastamonu state and province dialect and also made mention of Kastamonu's history and geographics. Later some information has been given about İhsan Ozanoğlu such as his life and works, content of his works, studies which at Kastamonu State Library Kastamonu archives and studies about İ. Ozanoğlu. In "methods" section, foundations of study has been explained and given information about Kastamonu-Ankara copies. For "text" section, it has been generated a text from "Halk Dilinden Filolojik Notlar" and "Kastamonu Halkiyat ve Harsiyatı Dil-Edebiyat Sözlük". In "dictionary", entries in Ozanoğlu's dictionary have been compared with the words in the studies of Legal Deposit Dictionary, Gatherings From Anatolian Dialect and Kastomonu Territorial Vocabulary. In "examination" section, compileness and lexiocography capability of İ. Ozanoğlu have been discussed and his dictionary structure and entries have also been described. Furthermore, Ozanoğlu's carded words have been considered with the perspective of phonetic guide. For the last part, some detections have been made on İ. Ozanoğlu's philology and lexiocography and discussed his methods promlems.
