II. privileges given from Abdülhamid Period (1876-1923)

During the period between 1299 and 1922,the Ottoman Empire lived the periods of entablishment, ascension, stagnation, decline and disintegration respectively. Sultan II. Abdulhamid Khan, who was the sultan of the period of the period of the Imperialism,sat on the throne of an emancipation country. In 1876, is the thirty-fourth sultan of Islam and the thirteenth halif of Islam.During the disintegration period of the Ottoman Empire,minority rebellions,an intellectual class formed by the influence of modernization and westernization, democracy, freedom,legitimate administration concepts, treasury and capital the liquuor which has become unable to pay the foreing debts it has received has become the head of a state with riches of underground and above ground. The reduction of the cost of transportation with the adwent of technology, the State-i Aliyye enough to take part in the steps taken towards the mondernization, there are railways, mining exploration,mining operations,Ottoman architecture,domestic capital can do with occasional impossibilities. In areas where the ministry inadequate,the foreign states need to be trained ad the states have been granted concession area,railway construction, mining and oil exploration rights, commercial concessions. This study brought together the recent periods of the Ottoman State by searching and examining the privileges granted to foreing states from 1876 to 1923.
