Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTThe treaties which were signed at the end of the first world war triggered thesecond world war. Germany was the country which felt unease the most because ofthese treaties. The heavy conditions which were caused by the Treaty of versallerdepressed Germany.The World economic crisis in 1929 also affected the economy ofGermany. This situation caused that the Nazi party were in power. In policy of Hitler,there were the abolition of Versailles and St. Germain Treatier, having a specialprinciple of state, an area of living joining a lot of countries in which there were noGermans to its frontiers. Hitler started the operations to come true. Against the efforts ofGermany about getting rid of the Versailles. England and France had no reaction and itencouraged İtaly. It made an attack to Habeşistan. Italy which conguered Habeşistanappcoached Germany. The axis of Rome and Berlin was founded.Japan was the strongest country in Far East after the first World war. The mostimportant problem of Japan was to find an area of immiaration for increasinapopulation.To settle this problem it followed a policy of extension and joined Germany againstSSCB. They made an aggrement. Then Italy joined this group and Germany tended tocome true the policy of living area. The second world war broke out as a result ofPollond attack.By the time second world war broke out Turkey declared that it was impartial. Ittook care to be impartial during the war, as well. Signing the Pact of Nonaggressionbetween Russia and Germany shocked Turkey and also in all over the world. ThoughTurkey tried not to spoil the relations with Russia. It book several precautions in thecountry during the war. The state of emergency was declored. Defensing precautionswere increased.VYunus Nadi tries to inform the second war improvements, his own commendsabout the period from the second world war to 1943 taking care the censor of thegovernment on publication.VIVII
