Ayintab according to iii numbered Maras judgements notebook (1196-1229 of the Hegira/1782-1814 to the Christian era)

Judgements Notebooks were issued for resolving of compliants and problems of people and for providing justice. Judgements notebooks which are prepared upon compliants that reached to Divan-ı Humayun, represent the resolutions and view point of the most authorized body of government against to these problems; instead of resolutions that found for problems ocurred at provinces, on the spot. Compliants of people effect in executing of justice and governmental mechanisms, significantly. These compliants show the providing of auto-control. Today, matters of judgements notebooks are used as evidences in Turkish Courts. Taking place of Ayıntab matters in Maras Judgements Notebooks, indicates the importance of Ayıntab in the region. We tried to reflect social, economic, military, municipal, lawful, administrative etc. Conditions of Ayıntab and to contribute the researches about History of Gaziantep.
