The research was done among the administrators working at full day primary-secondary schools in Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Esenler and Zeytinburnu. 300 administrators participated in the research and the surveys of 297 administrators were evaluated. In the analysis of the Allen Mayer Organizational Commitment and the Maslach Burnout Inventory, SPSS statistics program was used. When analyzing the subtargets of the research, Description Statistic Techniques, Independent Groups T-test, One Direction ANOVA and abundant Regration Analysis were used. We can say that there is a slight relationship which is not meaningful between the organizational commitment, burnout (and its subdimensions) of the administrators working in primary and secondary schools. There is a relationship between the organizational commitment and burnout of the administrators which is reverse direction, low and meaningless in terms of statistics. Between the organizational commitment and burnout subdimensions of the administrators, there is a relationship which is positive dimensional, low and meaningless in terms of statistics. As a conclusion, it can be said that the total burnout and its subdimensions have no meaningful effect on organizational commitment.
