Abstract (EN)

World War II which directly or indirectly affects many countries from different geographies and also left permanent damage to future generations, included Turkey and Spain in the concrete and psychological conflict even though they wanted neutrality and non-belligerency. Therefore, the political maneuvers by Turkey and Spain in this war which Germany and the UK were pioneer, have become decisive in terms of their future state. In this context, the external policies of the two countries and their relations with each other are the subject of this thesis. There are three chapters in the thesis study which was formed by the literature review method and in the first section Turkey's foreign policy in the war years were examined. In the second chapter, the position and external policy of Spain which was newly emerged from the civil war were discussed. In the last part of the thesis were tried to reflect mutual relations of Turkey and Spain during the war years.
