Abstract (EN)

Iraqian Turkomans had too much suffering than the others although they did notcause any confusion during the reign of Iraqian state.They live under pressure continuously however the only aim of these people thatto protect their culture and live in humane conditions.It is possible to bring an end to suffering and have certainly a say among othercountries by means of getting all their cultural rights and human rights proclaimed inthe Universal Declaration of Human Rights and having an organized structure.After the Gulf War, this region attracted attention of whole world and soon itwas dealed with Northern Iraq. It is necessary to concern with Iraqian Turkomans forTurkey because of political changes after Gulf Crisis and being the same race in senseof protection homeland security.In this region; the possibility of establishment of a Qurdish state and in this casewho will be owner of this area is more important for Turkey. So, Turkey should beaware of that it will be a new Turkomans genocide in confusion.To evaluate such a subject, it is no wonder that the massmedia is the mostimportant source. It is expected to be searched more detailed and larger. So, this studyprovides a large period from 2000 to 2005 years.In result, in future to guide and make somethings easy for researchers, searches,columns, and news were elected and studied from Turkish media.Key Words: Iraq, Turkoman, Qurdish, Mosul, Second Gulf War
