This research examines the complex effects of climate change on water resources in terms of Turkish and Middle East as a whole. The region is sensitive due to its dry climate, dependence on international rivers and increase in demand for water. The decline in coupled rains with rising temperatures and more frequent extreme weather events has greatly affected the hydrological cycle, which increases the risk of agriculture, freshwater, stability of ecosystem and productivity. The attention of this research is integrated in nature; It combines recent scientific publications, climate models and dress regional matters to analyze challenges and proposed adaptation measures. In Türkiye, the effect of climate change is associated with low river flow, low groundwater recharge, and contractions of major lakes, lake toz and lake vans. These changes have a profound impact on two major sectors of the national economy, agriculture and hydroelectric production. Identify intervals in water regime, integrated development and lack of climate responsible management systems. Climate is an urgent need for more concentrated adaptive approaches such as smart agriculture, green energy, and water cooperation with neighboring countries. The thesis integrates a set of policies to increase the flexibility of climate change. Policies include green infrastructure, restoration of ecosystem, updating irrigation facilities and investment in active water conservation programs. The suggested future research includes climate, known weaknesses of the region, innovative problem-solution technologies and localized effects of socio-political aspects of water scarcity.
