The effects of economic integrations on labor market

It?s expected that economic integration movements which have increased by the effect of globalization since second half of twentieth century will affect labor markets too besides all economic area. Nowadays, it can be seen that countries participate in many integrations. In those integration movements, the most comprehensive integration example is certainly European Union has 27 members with the last enlargement as both economically and politically. The issue of free movement of labor is common aim for both EU and other unions and many unions have made some arrangements and mentioned this topic in their legal acquises. In this context, is there any major activity regarding to labor mobility as in good, service and capital mobility. Thus, this question can be considered as the main question of this study. The study starts with globalization process which is the main factor for change and economic integration concept examined with its history and worldwide integration examples. Even though it?s wanted to analyze not only EU but also all other unions around the world within the meaning of labor mobility, this study is EU-focused by reasons of difficulties for getting data but rarely touched on other samples as well.
