Abstract (EN)

Zakat is the third pillar of Islam in terms of importance and it is an important financial obligation. Its main purpose is to finance the livelihood of people in need, to spread prosperity to all of society, and to achieve a social and economic balance by preventing theft and similar events stemming from poverty. All of the verses that signify the assumption of zakat are varitic with common words and show that all goods are subject to intelligence. Some of the hadiths related to zakat declare that some of the goods are subject to zakat and the ratio of zakat, while the other part states that zakat is a necessary religious command in the common sense. Some conditions are necessary for the zakat of a commodity. It is understood that all kinds of goods with income / income reaching the quota due to the body of the nass and the reason of the zakat are subject to zakat. Hz. The fact that most of the goods that were found during the Prophet's period and were subject to income were subject to zakat and their zakat rates were indicated in the hadith narrations. It should be subject to intelligence in terms of its purpose, philosophy and body reason, since it gained the characteristics of real estate such as fruits and vegetables, horses, chickens and similar poultry animals, which were fed for commercial purposes, commercial properties such as fruits and vegetables, and whose economic value, kemiyet and arbitrariness changed in parallel with the Industrial revolution. . Hz. Industrial facilities that emerged after the Industrial Revolution and were always growing, developing and becoming widespread in parallel with the development of technology, transportation and transportation vehicles such as ships, airplanes, buses, trucks, and construction machinery and similar vehicles were not included in the period of Prophet Muhammad. It enters. Such assets are exempt from zakat as they fall within the scope of â airborne original "if they are not intended for commercial purposes and are intended to meet the owner's work and needs. Hz. The proportions of the zakat of the goods that were not found in the period of the Prophet after the Industrial Revolution were determined by comparing the zakat rates in the hadiths to the mentioned goods. Since the industrial facilities of these goods are more similar to the agricultural land between the Sunnah and the goods that are determined to be subject to intelligence, it seems more reasonable and more accurate to say that their natural income is subject to a ratio of 1/10 compared to the land crops. It seems more logical in terms of zakat law that the zakat is given as 1/10 of its own income compared to the honey bee of transportation and transportation vehicles such as ships, aircraft, trucks, buses. Prior to the industrial revolution, poultry, which were mostly fed to household needs, but were fed and produced for the market economy after the industrial revolution, fish produced for commercial purposes in sea, lake or river sources and similar assets, are subject to the provision of commercial wealth and the income is added to the main capital by 1/40. zakat is given. It can be said that the real income of the fish caught commercially from sea, lakes, dams or rivers without much effort is subject to 1/10 of zakat.
