The research group of this qualititivestudy is composed of 10principles at provincial education. In order to find out the views of the principles of provincialeducation, 8 questions were prepared. The half structured interview method, which is one ofthe qualitative data collection methods, was used. Data were analysed by means of inductivemethod. After the analysis of the data, the legal regulations about inclusion programme werestated to be enough by the principles at provincial education. While most of these principlesargued that all of the children with disabilities should be taken for the inclusion programme,some of the principles argued that only the children with orthopedic disability should be takenfor the inclusion programme. Moreover, while the principles were expecting the Ministry ofNational Education to build separated schools, they also stated that they expect the principlesof the schools and the teachers to believe in inclusion programme. They also expected thefamilies of the children to accept the disability of their children. It was stated that they had noidea about the problems about the inclusion programme occured at schools. They also statedthat the inclusion programme motivated the children with disabilities, their families and theregular students; and helped teachers while they were preparing instruction according to theindividual differences of the students. It was mentioned that inservice trainings were held inorder to prepare the principle and the teachers of the school for the inclusion programme andthe inclusion programme was conducted with the help of Guidance and Research Center(RAM). Most of the principles suggested that the staff who would take part in inclusionprogramme should be informed.
