Abstract (EN)
Today; The synthesis of cyclic compounds with antimicrobial and biological activity is an important field in organic synthesis. Because of their valuable application in the pharmaceutical and material sciences, thiazolidinone compounds have recently received great interest from chemists and biologists and pharmaceutical chemists. In thisstudy, compounds carrying 4-thiazolidinone derivatives, 2-amino anthracene and benzaldehyde and derivatives (4-nitro benzaldehyde, 4-fluoro benzaldehyde, 4-chloro benzaldehyde, 4-bromo benzaldehyde, 4-methoxy benzaldehyde) were obtained and isolated then it is obtained by interaction with thioglycolic acid. The structures of all synthesized compounds were elucidated using 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR methods.
