Abstract (EN)

Drug delivery systems have become a topic of extensive research in recent years due to their advantages such as targeted delivery and reduction of side effects. Especially, graphene derivatives (graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, etc.) and certain magnetic nanomaterials are preferred in drug delivery system applications due to their various properties such as drug-carrying capacity, ease of targeting, and biocompatibility. In this thesis study, a composite structure consisting of graphene oxide, perovskite nanoparticles and magnetic nanoparticles was created, and its suitability as a drug delivery system platform was investigated. The Hummer's method was employed for graphene oxide production, while the Sol-gel method was used for the production of nanoparticles. The produced materials have been mixed in certain proportions to obtain a composite structure, and the analyses have been completed. The outcome of the study supports the promising potential of the produced composite materials for use in drug delivery systems in the future.
