Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Air handling unit, air conditioning, medicine, clean room Clean room air conditioning system design according to the clean room class, the amount of particulates to be present in the field, the bacteria and fungus-like organisms that are likely to grow in the interior, and the necessary conditions for ensuring the pressure difference against the risk of temperature, humidity and cross contamination according to the product protocols to be produced are very different from the comfort air conditioner requires careful parameter selection, engineering calculation and validation measurements. In this study, Air Conditioning Unit and Dehumidifier accounts are explained according to the air conditioning principles of each process points where the drug passes from the raw material state to the point where it is going to be boxed. The heat gains of the areas where the drug is produced are calculated, the flow rate in the accounts of the A / C Plant, Coolant Serpentine and Heater Serpentine capacity calculations are made. All spaces are modeled and air ducts are dimensioned after the design of suitable air handling units and heating and cooling serpentine valves, Bypass, fresh air, return air dampers, steam valves, etc. for the optimization of modeled areas. The software used for the control of equipment is described.
