Abstract (EN)

As a result of changing living conditions and increasing competition from past to present, organizations need employees with high communication satisfaction and who are identified with their organizations in order to maintain their continuity. Fort his reason, it is important for organizations to determine the effect of communication satisfaction on organizational identification. In this study, a comprehensive literatüre review is done and theoretical information is given about the concepts of communication satisfaction and organizational identification. The effect of the communication satisfaction of the employees in the Kütahya Governorship on organizational identification was explained with a scientific research. The study on the employees of the Governorship of Kütahya was carried out eith the participation of 170 employess. A questionnaire consisting of a total 47 statements related to individual information, Communication Satisfaction Scale and Organizational Identification Scale were applied to employees. Using SPSS 23 program, frequency, factor, reliability analyzes were performed, correlation and regression analyzes were performed to determine the effect between the variables. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that the communication satisfaction of the employees have a positive effect on organizational identification and the organizational perception sub-communication satisfaction dimension has a positive effect on organizational identification. İncreased communication satisfaction of employees increases organizational identification levels. Keywords: Communication, Communication Satisfaction, İdentification, Organizational İdentification
