Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze relations between Turkish Republic and Azerbaijan Republic after Azerbaijan got his independence with the falling down Soviet Union. In thesis Azerbaijan-Turkish relations tries to set on real basics. Emphasizing on factors those building blocks on development Azerbaijan-Turkish relations, trying to give response to regional and international actor?s viewpoints, trying to give clues to help institutionalization of relations. Tried explain reasons of not succeed the most wanted strategic military and economic partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkey relations. As both sides? government authoritative persons saying relations are high levels but in international arena this two countries can?t accept decisions together. The methodology following in this thesis, scanning literature about Azerbaijan-Turkish relations and scanned the view of Russian press to this matter. Although sometimes reducing relations between two countries and appearing disagreements, Azerbaijan-Turkish relations are develop every day. I am in belief ?One Nation Two Government? expression every day will fill. After 1990?s secure of Caucasus and Caspian basin gain importance and turn competition are of big countries. In this competition Azerbaijan and Turkey must develop their own politics.
