The sectarian trends in Shia tafsir in the early period -the sample of Qummi

This study, which aims to examine sectarian trends in Shia tafsir in the early period, consists of an introduction and two other parts. In the introduction part, the subject, importance, sources and method of the study are explained. In the first chapter, the phenomenon of sect in Islam, the emergence and historical development of Shia are briefly discussed; the phenomena of sectarian Tafsir and Shia Tafsir understanding are evaluated and information about Qummi's life, works and the method of Tafsir in his book Tafsir al-Qummi is given. In the second chapter, information about a number of political and religious thoughts of Shia is given and the forms of reflection of these thoughts to the Qummi Tafsir are discussed within the framework of interpretations brought to the verses, and then brief evaluations are made about the issues discussed. Finally, an assessment is made on the subject.
