Abstract (EN)

In this study, the historical development of tajweed science which shows the reader the necessary way to recite the God's Holy book, the Qur'an, which upskills the habit of appropriate and flawless reading will be dealt with. Afterwards, in this field, the work named el-Kasîdetü'l-Hâkâniyye of Hâkânî who pioneered the copyright tradition of first work will be dealt in various ways. Hâkânî compiled his first eulogy work in this field by making a breakthrough. Together with the revelation of Qur'an, the tajweed application has always been existed and this science has been delivered to the generations by concepts, hearing and oral way. Looking back the period before Hâkânî, some of the subjects in tajweed field was scattered in the various parts of dictionaries, lingustic analysis books and reading works and as the subjects were not in order in those works, it was difficult to benefit from them. In the long run, some mistakes arose and the number of mistakes increased at the tajweed applications and it led to copyright tradition. Seeing these problems, Ebû Müzâhim was the first author who took on responsibility on tajweed copyright tradition. He felt the need of compiling the tajweed subjects together and to solve the problems he compiled a 50-poetic written verses. First, Hâkânî mentioned the qualifications needed to be possessed by a reader and educator in his work; later, he dealt with tajweed subjects. As the work was written in verse, the subjects weren't in detail and some of the subjects were unaddressed. In spite of these shortcomings, by gathering tajweed subjects, his work was an ispiration to others. On this work, commentaries, responses and disputes were written and people who compiled on the field of tajweed after Hâkânî referred that work as a reference.
