Views of the instructors as to the realization levels of the gaining from the ?school excitement? theme that takes place in 1st level 1-3 grade knwoledge of life course in primary school (Sample from Balıkesir)

In this research study, the views of the instructors were examined as to the realization levels of the gaining from the ?school excitement? theme that takes place in 1st level 1-3 grade knowledge of life course in primary school.The sampling of the research study is provided by 168 classroom teachers who instruct 1st and 3rd grade students in a Primary School in Balıkesir City Center during 2007?2008 educational years. In this study, for which surveying method was used, the necessary data required for the research was collected by means of inquiry scanning method and the research was carried out based upon the inquiry. The items of the inquiry were developed from the resource scanning obtained from the Knowledge of Life School Book and Education Schedule. The data obtained as a result of such studies, were sorted out in a computer environment by means of SPSS 12,0 statistics software through the techniques of frequency, percentage, average, t and f testing. For the significance tests, ?:0,05 level was predicated on.These are the results obtained from the research,?The 1st sub-problem of the research was divided into 4 sub-problems in itself. On examining the findings consisting of these four sub-problems; a great deal of the first grade instructors who participated in the inquiry selected the answer ?occasionally?, giving their opinion on the realization levels of the gaining from the school excitement theme. Based upon these findings, the instructors defined and displayed that the students did not show their gaining on adequate levels and frequency.?The 2nd sub-problem of the research was divided into 4 sub-problems in itself. On examining the findings consisting of these four sub-problems; it was observed that the 3rd grade instructors selected the answer ?always?, giving their opinion on the realization levels of the gaining from the school excitement theme. Based upon these findings, the instructors defined and displayed that the students realized the gaining stated in the inquiry on an adequate level.?According to the findings that were obtained from the 3rd sub-problem of the research, the 1st grade instructors selected the answer ?occasionally? while giving their opinion on the realization levels of the gaining from the school excitement theme, whereas the 3rd grade instructors gave their opinion on ?always? level, and the discrepancy between these opinions were though meaningful.
