Defining the attitudes of the students at primary school between 6,7 and 8th grade about enviroment, recyling, plastic and plastic waste.

The environment which has very much importance for alives is evitable. Human whose life form is changing and developping is unique alive kind. For this reason, the effection between man and environment, shows changes. Therefore, the behaviours of man can cause some problems on environment. It is necessary to prevent the results of man?s bad behaviours by examining in regarding educational parametres. In this study, the students in sixth, seventh and eighth classes whose cognitive, affective and psychomotor attitudes are examined. The population of this study is the all elementary schools in the central district of Kastamonu; the sample of the study is the 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in the selected elementary schools in spring semester of the 2010-2011 education year. The study which is performed as a survey study, contains 1492 students in 11 elementary schools. ``The attitudes test??, which has 35 items, is used as the measure tool. By commentaring the datas gaining from this study with ?SPSS-15? Programme in computer, it has been resulted. As a result, the affective attitude of male and female students are different from each other. The one of female students are more positive than males? in the subject environment. In the wiev of the grades of students, the cognitive-affective attitude of 7th are more positive than ones of 6th and 8th. In the wiev of the psyhcomotor attitude of 6th are more positive than ones of 7th and 8th; 7th grade is more positive than 8th. The some suggestions have made for students by departing from the findings of study.
