Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the new science and techonology curriculum on students? science achievement, attribution and retention. In this research, three surveys were applied by the researcher. In the 2006 ? 2008 academic semester, 286, seven grade students responded to these survey questions and in the 2007 ? 2008 academic semester, 308 seven grade students were participated.The study has found that the students had more success and improved retention with new science curriculum. The new curriculum has showed interior and exterior ascription and meaningful changes in lover stages ascription of succes attribution in students . In terms of gender variable it was found that female students have gained more success than male students, however, there was no differences between female and male students in terms of retention. Also there was significant difference in succes ascription in terms of gender variable.
