Application association and application example for the art activities course in 8th grade in primary education

In this study, Visual Arts teachers were consulted regarding the primary school 8th grade Art Activities course teaching programme in an attempt to create an example application on how the course should be given. Therefore, it aimed to give Visual Arts teachers a different perspective in application.In this study, first Visual Arts teachers were interviewed and then observation tecnique and video recordings were used. Qualitative research is defined as a descriptive research techniques are used.A study group and a control group were determined in the school selected for the application in the study. Study was conducted with two different Visual Arts teacher in Art Activities course of Primary School 8th Grade. Study and control groups were determined by easy access case sample.Art Activities course given by both visual arts teachers were observed for one hour each. Also Visual Arts teachers from four different schools were interviewed to collect data. Observation technique was used in applications and video recordings of the courses were used to obtain data. Three students each from the study and control groups of two different clases were selected and activity evaluation forms were used.Based on the issues emerged in the study, many results were obtained and proposals were made which were expected to solve these problems.Keywords: Art Activities, Art Activities course, Application.
