Abstract (EN)
Language is the most important tool for communication between people. One of the most important elements in language acquisition is the word. In this respect types of words in Turkish Education is very important. This study was conducted to examine and evaluate the 6th grade textbooks from the selected text in different species in forms of words used in school publications of the Ministry of Education. The descriptive method was used in this study. In this scanning it's seen that, texts, located in 6th grade Turkish textsbooks, illustrate the types of words in the program. It's determined that the most widely used types of words in the text are words, the least used forms of words in the text are exlamations. As a result, considering all of the text , It was found to be appropriate to the age group they cater to the language features. Texts which is located in the textbook, is thought to be more effective for teaching word types. Keywords: Types of Words, Turkish Textbooks, Text, Language.
