Abstract (EN)
In the theoretical part of the study which aims to determine the view of the school managements about Visual Arts, the explanation of art education, the developing process of it in Turkey, the necessity of Art education, and its benefits to the education are mentioned. In this study, based on elementary schools, the application of this course in the second grade of elementary schools and the situations take part in the programme are also mentioned.
