The news about the density of despotism in schools has increased recently and it is doubted whether most of the students become a part of these events. The short and long run effects of the despotism over students extend from increasing fear and distrust to health conditions like trauma and stress. Despotism appears on the scene a vital matter that must drive the attention of all who are responsible for the good standing of students in schools.Despotism occurs in rural-urban and rich-poor, namely in all regions. Especially in secondary education, the relations among the family, friends and the others undergo a change and the students pass through a new era emotionally in accordance with their physical changes. During that time, it is quite easy to be affected from good and corrupted relationships.Aggressive students are under especially the risk of becoming the guilty of the serious violence and they are more tended to who raise children who will potentially behave despotic in the future.The practice of technology may contribute to the students with the experience of time management, the comprehension of the techniques for acquisition of science. The important point here is to remind the fact that it is more beneficial to use and to do everything in its place and time. In this thesis, the contribution of the problematic usage of internet to the despotic behaviors of the secondary school students is analyzed.
