The realization level of objectives in the second grade Turkish lesson programme of elementary education

This research is a scientific study to evaluate The Objectives in The Programme of Turkish Lessons, applied in secondary grade of elementary education schools. It has been determined Ardahan, Ağrı, Erzurum provincies as field of the study and the research has been made in 2000-2001 school year. The researcher has realized this study total in 34 elementary education schools that is different their social and economic level and asked questions of the public survey to 100 Turkish teacher who give lessons in secondary grade in these schools with 34 elementary education inspectors, about level of realization of The Objectives of The Programme of Turkish Education. He has subjected to Turkish Tests 1099 students who study in secondary grade of elementary education schools. It is possible aims of this research to enumerate in this way: 1. The researcher has aimed to designate their success levels in Turkish lessons of students who study in secondary grade of elementary education schools, in respect of opinions of elementary education inspectors and Turkish teachers. 2. He has aimed to designate factors that prevent realization of the programme. 3. He has designated levels of behaviours that students obtained. The researcher has determined their deficiencies and offered suggestions to remove these deficiencies. This research is quality establishing state for studies that will made about this matter. In this research, according to findings to obtained from that subjects answered to questions of the public survey, teacher and inspectors is of the opinion that students were successful in medium level in field of meaning, expression, grammar and written education. This research presents that students haven't won objectives of the programme of Turkish education.sufficiently, in "Turkish test" that it is applied to students who study in secondary grade of elementary education schools.
