Our time is given several names. The one commonly adopted is the ?age of knowledge?.So knowledge is power and wise people determine the direction of the age.The basic of knowledge is education and first step towards knowledge are being takenat primary education institutions. That is why such institutions gained so muchimportance throughout the years.Generally expressed, primary school students are not yet able to acquire knowledgeby making researches.However, their way through the primary school provides them the skills they needed togain knowledge. As such an important factor in the life of a little human being theprimary school inheres various elements effecting the development of the pupil.One of these elements is the existence of leaders, guiding the pupil on their way todevelop the model of human being required by the century. These leaders are themanagers of the institution and the guiding teachers. They have to be leaders since aleader not only keeps the institution alive he also sets the future objectives of theinstitution.Thus a manager having the qualities of a leader would also be the one who helps thestudent to gain the character and behaviour deserved by the age of knowledge.
