Abstract (EN)
This research has been made to describe the message transmission, behaviour-attitude variation and the students?, the teachers? and the graphics designer specialists? views on the interest of the designs of the educative posters in the state institutions of primary education. The research has been applied to 31 (thirty-one) teachers, 90 (ninety) students from 7 (seven) schools whichwere selected through random method among the 15 (fifteen) schools from varied-socio-cultural regions and 30 (thirty) graphics designer specialists who work in order institutions of National Ministery of Education in the state institutions of Primary Education.The data used in the research have been gathered through a guestionare developed by the researcher. The groups have been asked to give their views on 9 (nine) educative posters, which are exhibited in their schools. The posters consist of ?Bird Flue?, ?Wedding?, ?Life?, ?Support to Education?, ?Organ Donation?, ?Reading?, ?Cigarette?, ?Water? and ?Vehicle?.The data gathered from the groups have been analyzed through % f, ANOVA, and Sheffe Tests. Accordingto the findings of the research, the posters called as ?Water?, ?Life? and ?Bird Flue? have been considered as successful concerning message transmission by all the students?, the teachers? and the graphics designer specialists? views. In contrast, the poster called as ?Support to Education? has been considered as the least successful one by the students?, the teachers? and the graphics designer specialists views concerning the message transmission. It is observered that there are significant differences in viewpoints corcerning the posters ?Wedding?, ?Organ Donation? and ?Cigarette? between the teachers and the students; there ara significant differences in viewpoints concerning the posters ?Wedding? between the teachers and graphics designer specialists. In addition, there are also significant differences viewpoints concerning the posters ?Organ Donation? and ?Cigarette? between the students and the graphics designer specialists. In contrast, it was found out that there are no significant differences in viewpoints concerning the posters ?Life?, ?Support yo Education?, ?Reading?, ?Water? and ?Vehicle?.The posters have been considered as successful concerning behaviour and attitude variation by all the students, the teachers and the graphics designer specialists. In Addition, the poster called as ?Bird Flue? has been considered as effective concerning behaviour-attitude variation. The poster ?Life? has also been considered as effective and successful to create changes in behaviour and attitudes. Considering the posters ?Wedding?, ?Life? and ?Cigarette? it was found out that there are significant differences in viewpoints concerning behaviour-attitudes variation between the students and the graphics designer specialists. For the posters ?Bird Flue? and ?reading?, there are significant differences between the teachers and the graphics designer specialists. Yet, there has been detected no significant difference for the posters, ?Support to Education?, ?Organ Donation?, ?Water? and ?Vehicle?.According to findings, it was found out that concerning the interest of the design, the poster ?Life? has been considered to be the most successful by the teachers and the students; the poster ?vehicle? has been considered to be the most successful one for the interest and its artistic design by the teachers and the graphics designer specialists. In Addition, the poster ?reading? has been considered to be the least successful concerning the artistic design of its own by the teachers and the students; the poster ?Wedding? has been considered to attract the least attention by the students and the graphics designer specialists.It was found out that there are significant differences concerning the interest of designs in the posters ?Wedding?, ?Life? and ?Cigarette? between students and the graphics designer specialists, there are also significant differences concerning the posters ?Cigarette? and ?Wedding?between the teachers and the graphics designer specialists. For the poster ?Cigarette? there is no significant difference detected between the teachers and the students. In Addition, there is no significant difference concerning the posters ?Bird Flue?, ?Support to Education?, ?Organ Donation?, ?Reading?, ?Water? and ?Vehicle?.According to the findings, it has been concluded that among the educative posters ?Water?, ?Life,? and ?Bird Flue? are the most successful to convey the message; the educative posters are the most successful to create change in behaviour and attitudes; the educative posters ?Life? and ?Vehicle? are considered to be successful and effective for the students, the teachers and the graphics designer specialists own artistic designs.It has been concluded that it is effective to consider the posters to be successful by the students, the teachers and the graphics designer specialists that the posters are viewed as informative, and their written and visual information is comprehensible and easy to remember; in addition, their written and visualpatterns are harmonious concerning the message transmission. The posters aforementioned are thought to be successful concerning the behaviour-attitude variation because the written and visual information transmitted in the posters are taken into consideration in daily life and they are often exhibited in the schools.
