Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to reveal the relationships between digital addiction, peer bullying, love and respect values of primary school students, to determine the direction and level of relationships. Dec. As a research method, the relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The universe of the research was carried out by 4 students studying in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, Sakarya province, Ferizli District Directorate of National Education. and 5. the class consists of students. The sample of the research consists of a total of 631 students, including 344 girls (54.5%) and 287 boys (45.5%), who were selected by easy sampling method from the universe. Within the scope of the research, the data were collected using the "Personal Information Form", the "Digital Addiction Scale for Children", the "Child-Adolescent Bullying Scale" and the "Effective Citizenship Values Scale (Love and Respect Scale)". Independent groups t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis were used in the statistical analysis of the data. When looking at the research findings, statistically significant differences were found in the variables of gender, time spent in front of the device in students' digital addiction levels; school location, time spent in front of the device in peer bullying levels; classroom, time spent in front of the device in love value levels; gender and time spent in front of the device in respect value levels. In addition, significant relationships have been found between digital addiction and peer bullying, digital addiction and values of love and respect, peer bullying and values of love and respect. Dec. As a result, it has been found that the increase in the level of digital addiction and peer bullying of students leads to a decrease in the levels of love and respect values.
