Abstract (EN)

In this study expectations of elementary schools?s teachers for class management from guidance services in their schools, was explained. The study?s environment is the schools which have guidance service(guidance teacher), are in Zonguldak City. Researching of all of the environment is difficult because of limited of time and the conditions of hard working. Fort this reason the study consists of 18 elementary schools. 380 teachers, who worked in these elementary schools in 2004-2005 education year, were included in our sample. In the study a poll which has 2 parts, was prepared for teachers. For evaluation of the data; statistical techniques of frequency, per cent , arithmetic average, t test, one way variance analysis, and Schfee test was used by the researcher. At the end of this study we can say these: 1) Elementary schools?s teachers think that guidance services in their schools are enough for class management and encourage their pupils to study with their guidance services. 2) Elementary schools?s teachers benefit from guidance services in their schools for class management sufficiently. 3) Elementary schools?s teachers believe that guidance services are useful for class management. 4) Elementary schools?s teachers cooperate freequently for class management with guidance services. At the end of the study there are proposals of the researcher about the data of study.
