Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the behaviours of the team leadership of primary school administrators on the job satisfaction of the teachers, organisational commitment and the level of organisational citizenship.The target population of this study which is in the descriptive feature relational screening model was made up by the teachers who serve in the primary schools in Elazığ province in 2010 - 2011 academic year. The sample of the study was built up by the 2700 teachers who were chosen objectively with the method of disproportion cluster sample from the target population. The questionnaries which were filled by 822 teachers came back and they were added to the analysis. The data were analysed using the method of hierarchic multilinear regression.At the end of the study, ?The effect of the behaviours of the team leadership of primary school administrators on the job satisfaction of the teachers, organisational commitment and the level of organisational citizenship? was strongly and meaningfully predicted. According to the result of the intercession tests, in the relation between the job satisfaction and organisational commitment, the part of the organisational citizenship is relational prediction. At the same time, they are partial relational predictions in the relation between both job satisfaction and organisational commitment and the behaviours of organisational citizenship.It was seen that the school administrators? team leadership competence which teachers interact most with predicted the organisational citizenship behaviours of teachers, job satisfaction and the level of organisational commitment meaningfully. It was determined that the level of teachers? job satisfaction, in the relation of both school administrators with team leadership behaviours and teachers? organisational commitment and also in the relation of both school administrators and the behaviours of teachers? organisational citizenship was partly relational prediction.
