The purpose of this study, primary school students in Visual Arts courses to determine the effect of individual and collaborative learning activities. The research sample of the universe in Ankara province, Ilhan Ipekci Gaziosmanpaşa Nejla 4th year primary school students. Research, gualitative research methods, experimental desing was selected. Studies in the Visual Arts course study, the experimental group according to the method Collaborative Learning in the control group is taught according to traditional method. Performed to each observation form was developed to measure success. Obtained data, Cooperative Learning method applied to the experimental group and individual instruction from the control group in terms of student achievement is a significant difference in favor of experimental group between the achievements of the lesson is understood. İn addition, the lesson learned in the experimental group treated with this method applied to the persistence of traditional teaching methods is higher than the control group.Key words: Cooperative Learning, Cooperative Learning, Personal Learning, Visual Arts Course.
