Abstract (EN)

The success of the education institutions that leads society is highly up to the contact that they will make with their surroundings. At this point, corporate image of primary schools is very important. The parents are following the image with a great interest and an image of a primary school that is built with support and confidence of public opinion would help the school to achieve their institutional goals.In this context, the literature research is carried out to determine the corporate image perception of teachers and managers in primary schools in Central District of Bolu. The participant opinions are explained by using the scale of ?Primary School Image- Teacher and Manager Survey?. For this reason, in 30 primary schools this survey is done with 992 participants; 72 managers and 920 teachers. The data are analyzed in SPSS 16 programme, furthermore the conclusions are below:a)Managers? Corporate Image Perception expectations are lower than teachers in terms of service quality, management quality, financial strength, working conditions and environment, emotional attractiveness, social responsibility, and institutional ethics.b)Managers? opinions don?t change in terms of their sex, uptime, professional seniority or graduation levels, but teachers? opinions seem to change in regard to these dimensions.Key Words: Corporate image, corporate identity, primary school.
