Abstract (EN)
This research which has been based on the comments and opinions of 194 teacgers who were choosen by a central exam and 233 teachers who were designated without an exam in the centrum of Sakarya province, has been designed and operated to determine effects the types of administration. Data of research have been gathered through the use of schale Primary Education Administrators Competences to agabeylities of processing administration. At the end of the research, it has been seen that opinions of teachers whose directors were designated by exam are different teachers whose directors were designated without an exam. It has been found that teachers whose directors designated by an exam found their directors more proficient in all the process of administration. It has been found in the reseach that opinions of teachers about directors administration process hav not reflected significant differences from variables such as sex, seniority, and education level. It has been determined that teachers the most want to see directors who have the quality of the master degree about administrating and controlling. It has been concluded that in the process of choosing administrater, teachers have expressed qualities which have to take note of take a master degree on the branch of administrating and controlling, seniority, take a in-service training about administrating, to be successfull in the administrater, choosing exam and teachers have expressed that they do not want interview point of preciation and average of registered in the past years to be affectual on the process.
