Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationships between primary schools? principals? creativity and decision making strategies.The sample of the study consisted of 215 volunteered primary school principals in Kartal and Maltepe in Istanbul. The data were gathered by administering two instruments, namely Creativity Inventory and Decision Making Strategies Schedule.The results of the study could be summarized as below:There is a negative relationship between principals? creativity and some subtitle of decision making strategies.Principals? creativity does not differentiate according to any personal features like age, branch, having his/her own house and the place where they lived more.By the help of this results it can be said that, principals? creativity changes according to other personal features.
