Survery about to what extent primary school teachers are effected by their managers

Primary education schools which the basic education is given plays an important role for our children to whom we will entrust our future. The quality of the education given in this period will guarantee the future of our children. The function of the teachers and managers in these schools is very important for our children to be self confident, questioning and searching individuals ( who know what they want ). That?s why our teachers and managers must have this conscious. This is indispensable.The importance of primary schools makes it vital that the managers who work at those schools must be very careful with their attitudes towards students, teachers and the parents of the students. It?s certain that especially our young learners will be effected a lot from those attitudes. And also the teachers who give the education will be effected as well. So, the positive attitudes of the managers will motivate the teachers, increase their motivation and will make them get good taste of their work they do, and finally the quality of education will increase. That?s why the managers appointed those places must have the necessary qualifications.The reason of this re search is to define how teachers who work in primary schools are effected by the managers and give some advice about these. The participants of this re search consists of 303 teachers who works in fifteen different primary schools within the borders of European side of Istanbul.This research consists of six parts. First is introduction and seconds one is bibliography. In the third part some information is given about the methods of the research. The fourth part consists of the findings abtained. In the fifth part there are the result of the research, the arguments about the research and advice.Within this research some important results have been abtained and there have been some advices according to these results.Key Words: Manager, positive and negative attitudes, being effected?
