In this study, the mutual perception of primary teachers and course teachers working in primary schools was researched interms of vocational activities. Also this perception is scanned if it statistically shows a significant diversity or not according to gender, graduated school, age, branch and seniority variations.The teachers connected to National Education Ministry who have been working on the Anatolian Side of İstanbul during 2011-2012 academic year, are covering the content of this study. The samples of this study consists 300 primary school teachers who have been chosen randomly from 13 primary schools.During this study, a 46 article Quad Liker Scale Teacher Personalities Evaluation Scale was utilized for their perception of professionaltraits. Besides, demographic information of the teachers have been collected through personal ID forms. SPSS 15.0 program have been used to examine the frequency and distributation percentage of demographic features, the points of arithmetic average and Standard deviation taken from the scales have been calculated, T-Test and Kruskal Wallis-H test have been executed through difference tests.As the result of this study the followings are determined; the positivevocational perception of course teachers? towards ?primary teachers is higher, on the other side, then egative vocational perception of primary teachers? towards course teachers is higher.The comparison of the teachers interms of vocational features was made by comparing the cross check of the arithmetic average of the answers given to the scales each article. It is determined that, negative points of vocational perception features of course teachers towards primary teachers is showing a significant difference according to the gender factor. Another determination is, in accordance with gender, male course teachers negative vocational perception towards primary teachers is higher than their female colleagues.One other conclusion is their points of vocational perception features towards eachother isn't showing variability considering the graduated school, branch, seniority and age differences.
