The obstacles which comes from the principle causes the lack of communication between the priciples and the teachers working in primary schools

The obstacles which comes from the principle causes the lack of communication between the principles and the teachers working in primary schools.The aim of this research is to enlighten the reasons of the communication difficulties between the teachers and the principles and to find some solutions to these obstacles..The research is held in Anatolian part of İstanbul?s public and private schools by 215 teachers.Before interpreting the survey results, each of the notion is revealed. Different subjects are taken part in this research such as; Commununication procedure, communication obstacles, way of communication between the principles and the teachers in schoolsIn that research diffrent types of discriminations are examined such as; teachers in primary schools obstacles? with the principle, sex, marital status, the school, age, education status, time of service in profession and differences between the education degrees (grade) that are worked in.In that research the datas are collected by the teacher scales inquiry and the datas are analysed with using SPSS packet programme.The inquiries are applied to the teachers by visiting the schools they are working.The inquiries are composed of 30 questions. The datas are interpreted by analysing the arithmetic mean, frequency % ( percentage), t-test, Anova(one way variant analyse)scheffe test.As a result of the research,within the teachers working in primary schools communication obstacles don?t show significant difference depending on `?the school?? worked for,sex, marital status, age, education status, service in profession, and difference between the education degrees(grades) worked in, but it shows significant difference depending on the age.
