Mobbing attemptions through parents by teachers at elemantary schools (Antalya city elemantary schools sample)

In our study, investigation of the ?mobbing? phrase between teachers and parents is determined. The observation contains the views of the teachers working at Antalya city elemantary schools and the parents whose children are students at those in 2010- 2011. The schools have been according to ?maximum variety illustration? method. It has been interviewed with eight teachers who are in the investigation by ?random illustration? method and with eight parents by ?criterion illustration?. It has been made out two different but semi built question form and to make a comparison, it has been paid attention for the paralellism of the questions. Voice recorder has been taken part in qualitative study. Interviews have been sorted out by content analysis and correct answers have been unfolded with the percentage of frequency.Upon the bases of data exracted from the investigation, it can be said that the teachers have applied harassment behaviours to the parents. Some of those harassment are: being rude, insisting on own truth, intentional malicious behaviours, advising in vain, insulting. Thus, the teachers have been described those kind of behaviors as harassment.That study has an importance in determining the mobbing behaviours that are between teachers and parents.
