Aimed at deterining communication levels between the primary school headmasters and the students

This research is aimed at determining communication levels between the primary school headmasters and the students. The research is composed of those five sections; introduction, concerning literature, method, findings and interpretation and result, discussion and recommendations.The headmasters and the students in the primary schools of İstanbul make up the universe of this research (1162 headmasters , 375571 students and total 376733). 20 headmasters and 204 students randomly selected from 20 schools in Kartal and Pendik districts participated in the research. In the research personal information form and the scale developed by the researcher were used. The data obtained were evaluated through Crosstab and Ki-Squaire technique and the relation among the variables was tried to be detected.By this research whether the communication level between the headmasters and the students changes or not in terms of the headmasters? gender, rank, age, and the education institution from which he/she graduated and comparision was made according to the results of research.Key Words: Management, Education Management, Communication, Communication in Primary schools
