The essessment of attitudes and behaviours of primary school inspectors by teachers during the control in primary schools

The aim of this research is to find out what the primary school?s teachers think about the behaviours and attitudes of the Primary School?s Supervisors during the checks and to give necessary recommendations research also consist of the scruntity of the resources about the checks of the Primary School?s Supervisors.The model of scanning has been used in the research. This research has been polled to 222 Primary school teachers, who have been chosen whith Random Method among the primary schools in the borders of Europen Part of İstanbul. Each poll test has two parts: first part of the research consists of the questions involuing personal informations obaut the teachers;Second part consist of questions about the research. Poll test has 38 questions the difference between the opinions of the teachers in primary schools about the attitudes and behaviours of the supervisors during their checks; sex, branch of study, age, seniority of professions, working period of the teachers at the same school have been compared according to the variationsThis research consists of six parts: first part is ?introduction?; second part is about the ?theoretical informations? and the research of literetur; third part is about the method of the research; forth part consists of findings about research; fifth part is about the discussions and result of the research; the six part is consists of recommendations.P<0,05 result have been found meaningful in the statistics analysis of the documents and have been shown and evalvated in the table. The groups which haven?t shown any meaningful difference do not take part in this research.Finally it has been seen that the supervisors of the Primary Schools have rarely shown the expected behaviours and attitudes they have to do during the checks.
