Abstract (EN)
Organisational culture symbolises organisation?s identity with the characteristic values and symbols. Organisational culture involves variables that gives a different and belonging identity to members. The purpose of this study is to detemine teachers? perceptions of organisational culture. Scanning method was used in the study. Scale entitled as ?School Culture Scale? previously devised by Sisman (2002) was used in the study. 30 administrators and 331 teachers, who work at primary schools in Buyukcekmece Region constituted the sample group in the study. SPPS 13 was used in the analysis of the data. Results of the study showed that teachers? perceptions of school culture were determined within the range of ?most of the time? range. With regards to title variable, administrators? perceptions of school culture were higher than teachers
